Como reservo um transfer do aeroporto no Cairo?
Você pode reservar um transfer do aeroporto em rideway.io. Selecione Transfer Aeroporto, escolha seu aeroporto e destino, selecione data e hora, e complete a reserva e pagamento.
O que é o serviço de recepção no aeroporto?
O serviço Meet & Greet inclui um recepcionista pessoal esperando no portão de chegadas com uma placa com seu nome, ajuda com a bagagem e acompanhamento pelos procedimentos do aeroporto.
Com quanta antecedência devo reservar?
Transfers e reservas por hora exigem pelo menos 4 horas de antecedência; o Meet & Greet deve ser reservado com mais de 24 horas de antecedência. Em horários de pico, reserve ainda mais cedo.
Quais aeroportos o Rideway atende?
Atualmente atendemos o Aeroporto Internacional do Cairo, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Luxor, Aswan e Borg El Arab em Alexandria. Em breve expandiremos para Arábia Saudita e Emirados Árabes.
Posso cancelar minha reserva?
Sim, você pode cancelar sua reserva pelo seu painel. A política de cancelamento depende da antecedência em relação ao horário de busca agendado.

Service detailsWhat’s the difference between Airport Transfer and Meet & Greet?
Airport Transfer is a car and driver waiting for you outside arrivals. Meet & Greet is a personal assistant inside the airport who meets you at the gate and escorts you through passports and baggage. You can combine both in one booking.
Is the price per car or per passenger?
The price is for the whole car regardless of passengers within its capacity — choose the vehicle class that fits your group and luggage.
What if my flight is cancelled?
You can cancel per the policy shown at booking; eligible refunds are returned automatically to your payment method.
Airport Meet & Greet Service
Service detailsWhere exactly does the assistant meet me?
On arrival: at the aircraft gate/jet bridge before passport control. On departure: at the terminal entrance at the agreed time.
Is pricing per person or per group?
Pricing is per passenger and is shown in full before you confirm. Children aged 6 and under are free.
Why does it need 24 hours’ notice?
Because the assistant’s access to airport zones requires permits arranged in advance with airport authorities.

Does it include fuel and road tolls?
Yes — the displayed price covers car, driver and fuel within the city area.
