You can book an airport transfer at rideway.io. Select Airport Transfer, choose your airport and destination, pick your date and time, then complete booking and payment. Your driver will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Meet & Greet includes a personal greeter waiting at the arrivals gate with a name sign, assistance with luggage, and escort through airport procedures to your car or departure gate.

Airport, city-to-city and hourly bookings require at least 4 hours notice, while Meet & Greet must be booked more than 24 hours in advance. For peak times, booking earlier is preferred.

We currently serve Cairo International Airport, Hurghada International Airport, Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, Luxor International Airport, Aswan International Airport, and Borg El Arab Airport in Alexandria. We are expanding to Saudi Arabia and UAE soon.

Yes, you can cancel your booking from your dashboard. The cancellation policy depends on how far in advance of the scheduled pickup time you cancel.

Airport Transfer is a car and driver waiting for you outside arrivals. Meet & Greet is a personal assistant inside the airport who meets you at the gate and escorts you through passports and baggage. You can combine both in one booking.

The price is for the whole car regardless of passengers within its capacity — choose the vehicle class that fits your group and luggage.

You can cancel per the policy shown at booking; eligible refunds are returned automatically to your payment method.

On arrival: at the aircraft gate/jet bridge before passport control. On departure: at the terminal entrance at the agreed time.

Pricing is per passenger and is shown in full before you confirm. Children aged 6 and under are free.

Because the assistant’s access to airport zones requires permits arranged in advance with airport authorities.
